Throwback to My First Commercial Project – Lost Paradise (2011)
Diving into the archives, I found some of my earliest concept art from Lost Paradise — the very first commercial project I worked on back in 2011. It was a massive and ambitious online tactical RPG that, unfortunately, never made it to release. But for me, it was an unforgettable experience that sparked my passion for world-building in games.
The project involved designing everything from characters and mechs to architecture, interiors, and props. I had the chance to help shape an original universe from the ground up, and even though most of it was drawn traditionally with pencil and scanned later, it was an ols style creative process.
In this post, I’m sharing several designs for heavy armor from both factions, as well as some early development sketches for the game's mech units — called WARRs.
I’ll be uploading more soon: characters, architecture, environments and props.
And is any of you have old project work you’re like to share? I’d be very interested to see who begin from what's projects!
